Well that's a very good score. And you may get a deemed government medical college in Karnataka with that score.
Congratulations on your score.
Note that getting a college would be easier if you apply via state quota counselling.
Apply for the counseling process as soon as the dates are announced.

As per the cutoff of 2018, the last UR Candidate to get in through a Govt. Medical College had an AIR of 1,04,690 with a score of 368 in ESI Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Bangalore.
Following this trend, it seems you do have a chance of procuring a seat in any of the medical colleges of the state.
