Sorry to say you but you have not mention that about which examination you are talking about that so it is quite difficult for us to tell about that. But however in general in your dashboard if you are seeing that then maybe you have to do some corrections in your profile or in your application form. In that case I think you should contact to the Examination Authority directly with their helpline number which you can easily available from the Google you also can Mel them with all of the screenshots of your problems.
