You can definitely get better colleges in second round specially for Computer science engineering.

You can get Bakhtiyarpur college of engineering, Bhagalpur college of engineering, MIT Muzzafarpur for CSE.

With BP mandal college of engineering, you can get better brnach like Mechanical engineering and electrical engineering in second round counselling.
