    Dear Humaira, you haven't mentioned which course and for which session you have applied for. Ideally it takes 3-4 weeks to receive books. As you have already mentioned that you tried reaching them at their website, I would suggest you to mail them at their Email Id, Isc@nios.ac.in or you can contact their Learner Support Centre at their Toll Free no# 1800 180 9393.
