sir my brother got 77.587 percentile in jee main 2019 Is it a good mark or not Is he had a chance of getting a seat in any NIT

The exact cut off will be out soon. However, the expected cut off for NIT is:

General: 115

OBC-NCL: 80

SC: 60

ST: 50

Yes, he definitely has a chance to get in NIT. That would be subject to in which category you brother falls in.
