Sir my brother had found 76% in best four subject the exam of 12th in 2017, can he find science or any art course in du merit list

Answering your question it is very difficult to get admission in Delhi university with 76 % and that too in science background. Your brother may get admission fir any arts course but for science stream getting admission in Delhi university inn very difficult.

Ok sir, means a student who have best four mark 76% can find art course, in du merit list, if I use EWS certificate, it will be benefit or not
