Answering your question it is very difficult to get admission in Delhi university with 76 % and that too in science background. Your brother may get admission fir any arts course but for science stream getting admission in Delhi university inn very difficult.

Ok sir, means a student who have best four mark 76% can find art course, in du merit list, if I use EWS certificate, it will be benefit or not
