Hey Suken,

You have to first of all keep the following things in mind:

Your first target is your Best performance in 12th.
You must have a plan to deal both together :

Start rising early in the morning. You have no better alarm than your mother's voice. You should sleep till maximum 5 am, Because in morning, efficiency is more.
Cover any one easy subject of 12th in morning.
Give one hour daily first to your remaining two subjects.
The other two or three subjects like Hindi, english should be covered on Saturday and Sundays.
This way, you have prepared your 12th.
Now, Including your school also, It will be hardly 5 p.m. that you have finished your PCM.
Now you can study one hour each of your 11th subjects.
You have now 8 in the clock.
During 8 to 10,Have your dinner and talk with your family members, Listen to some news channel.
The most important thing, You have to choose either your mobile or your IIT for one year.
Forget one of them according to your ease. Rest you are intelligent to understand what I want to say.
Keep your Saturday and Sunday's free from the six pcm books.
Your only source for entertainment should be your dream to entering into IIT.
