Hii Amit

What he achieved in class 12th boards is an average score and this much is not enough to get admissions in the University of Delhi, New Delhi for pursuing Bachelor's in commerce  even as you are from the other backward caste. The cutoffs for the North campus as well as the good Colleges of the south campus is as high as 95 percent and above 90percent at the minimum even fir obc students. You can though wait for the actual cutoffs to be declared by the university on their official website.
Hope it helps
Thanks

Does entrance exam not matter for Du admissions? I mean if candidate got inly 60% marks in 12 and passed entrance with higher marks then will he able to get any general seat in DU.

There are no entrances for any bachelor's course offered by the university of Delhi apart from BMS bfia and bbe.
