Hi Gowtami, hope you are doing well, first of all congrats of your rank, it is a very good rank and you can get into any NIT with this rank of 1261. Apply for counselling for the NIT's you like because with your score you are eligible to all the NIT's. I suggest you once go through the rank predictor in jee mains in carrers to know more about your admissions through jee mains.
