The National defense Academy exam are taken for entry into the army, navy and air forces.

The age eligibility criteria for the NDA exam is -

Candidates should be between the age group of 16.5 and 19.5 years to apply.

So your age till the mid for 2022 will be around 19 years.so if at the time of application form release your age is 19.5 or below that you can apply for NDA 2022 exam.

Yes of course you will be eligible to apply for NDA 2022 as per the latest eligibility criteria released by UPSC for NDA 2020. The reason being is, latest eligibility criteria states that the applying candidate should have age between 16.5 - 19.5 years and as you are born on 17th July 2003 and the notification for NDA releases around last week of May so you will be eligible for only 2022 means after 2022 you will not be eligible to apply for NDA.

Note that if there would be change in the eligibility criteria of NDA 2022 then you have to apply accordingly because no notification has been released for 2022.
