Basic criteria that candidates need to fulfill in order to meet SSC MTS eligibility 2021 are: A candidate must be either/or a citizen of India, subject of Nepal/Bhutan, Tibetan refugee, person of Indian origin. Candidates should be aged between 18 and 27 years as on August 1, 2020. However, there will be an upper age limit relaxation in case of physically handicapped, SC/ST and OBC categories.

You must have pass class 10th or equivalent from a recognized university.

Non – eligible candidates will not be issued SSC MTS Admit Card.

Date of birth of the candidate will be recorded as mentioned in the matriculation certificates. No changes will be granted/accepted by the commission otherwise.

The age limit for appearing in SSC MTS is between 18-27 years, and you have just turned 17 few days ago, hence you cannot apply for this year, you can try for next year, the eligibility criteria for MTS is passed matriculation from a recognized board, when it comes to upper age limit relaxation is provided to other categories such as SC/ST for five years, OBC for three years, PwD(UR) for ten years, PwD(SC/ST) for fifteen years and PwD(OBC) for thirteen years.
