As per the eligibility criteria, for general category, age limit is 32 years. As you have mentioned that your D.O.B is 20-03-1993 so, in 2025, your age would be 32 on 20th of march, and hence if exam is scheduled within this month, you might be eligible to appear for the exam in 2025 . But according to the notice of 2021, if your age exceeds 32 years before August, you could not sit for exam. So, by August 2025, your age would be 32 years and 5 months which is not an eligible criteria for UPSC till now.
Moreover the age relaxation is given for categories other than general which is 3 years for OBC and 5 years relaxation for SC/ST category.

If you belongs to General/Unreserved category then you will not be eligible for UPSC 2025 examination because by March 2025 you will exceed 32 years of age and for General category maximum age limit is 32 years.
But if you belongs to any of the enlisted reserved category then you can get relaxation as per your category. for your reference the age relaxation as per the reservation criteria of UPSC is given below :-
>>>> OBC - 3 years
>>>> SC/ ST - 5 years
>>>> Defense Services Personnel, who got disabled during operations during hostilities with any foreign country or in a disturbed area and released as a consequence - 3 years
>>>> Ex-servicemen including Commissioned Officers (CO) and ECOs/ SSCOs who will render at least five years Military Service as of August 1, 2021, and have been released - 5 years
ECOs/SSCOs who have completed an initial period of assignment of five years of Military Service as of 1st August 2021 - 5 years
>>>> In the following cases: blindness and low vision, deaf and hard of hearing, locomotor disability including acid attack, cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, victims and muscular dystrophy, intellectual disability, autism, specific learning disability and mental illness - 10 years
>>>> Candidates ordinarily domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from January 1, 1981, to December 31, 1989. - 5 years

Assuming you from general category.
No, you are not eligible for UPSC 2025 examination.
This is because,
For general category, upper age limit is 32 years old as on 1st of August of the year of filling the form i. e means to be eligible you should not be more than 32 years old on 1st August 2025 in case of UPSC 2025
But with your mentioned date of birth , you will be more than 32 years old i. e 32 years and 5 months old as on on 1st August 2025 and thus not eligible for UPSC 2025
But if you belong to obc, sc, st then you are eligible.

******** You must have a bachelor's degree in any, discipline from a recognised university .

OBC or General PwD - 9
SC/ ST - No limit , can appear till upper age limit .
