The candidates should be between the age of 16.5 years and 19.5 years to be eligible for the exam.  According to your age, you can apply for the exam from the year 2021 to the year 2022 as your age will be 19 in 2022.

For being eligible to give NDA candidates must be between 16.5 years - 19.5 years of age limit. So for being eligible to give NDA 1 in 2021 the candidates must be born between July 2, 2002, to July 1, 2005 and for NDA 2 in 2021 the candidates must be born between January 2, 2003 to January 1, 2006 you will be eligible to give both NDA 1 and 2 in 2021 and in 2022 you will be eligible to give NDA 1 but not NDA 2. So in total you will have three attempts to give NDA.

the age eligibility criteria for NDA is candidate should belong from the age range: 16.5 to 19.5 years. Since you are born in 2003 you must be 17 years old now so that means you have 1.5 more years left ie. you can give the exam of 2022 also.
