To get into IAS ther eis no specific course which shall nake difernce.
However engineering students can have better potential ince they become IAS officer as they woukd have great mix of technical and management skills.
BE or Bachelors of engineering is right choice.
BA makes candidates more fluent with communication, but lacks all technical understanding which is must for administrative purposes.
