Hello Disha Mam, Well, there are not many colleges in russia offering a world class aerospace course. There is one good college though. Moscow institute of physics and technology has a very high quality education course and graduate demand. The fee is around 5 lacs per year but you can definitely get a scholarship. In order to get admission there, your daughter will need to take an english proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS.
