See if you want to appear for NEET 2023 then you have to complete 17 years of age on December, 2023. So yeah! for NEET 2023 you will be eligible for the examination.

Apart from this to be eligible for NEET you must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 10+2 and you must score at least 50% in your 10+2. For reserved category the marks required are:

• OBC/SC/ST - 40%,

• PWD - 45%

The minimum age required for NEET is 17 years, means the candidate applying for NEET should have completed his/her 17 years by December 31st of that examination year. For e.g. if you are appearing for NEET 2023 then you should have completed your 17 years by December 31st 2023.

So in your case you will complete your 17th year on 29/03/2023 so according to age parameter you will become eligible for NEET 2023.

Now apart from the age parameter there is another parameter that is percentage parameter, which says that "the candidate should have passed or appearing in his/her qualifying examination either 10+2 or equivalent to it from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as compulsory subjects". And the minimum aggregate should be of 50% in PCB if you belongs to General category.

The minimum age to appear for NEET UG 2023 is 17 years as of December 31  in the year of admission. Your age as on December 31, 2023 will be 17 years 9 months 2 days. As your age will be above 17 years you are eligible to appear for NEET UG 2023 provided you must have passed 10+2 with English, Biology, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. If you belong to general category you need to score minimum 50% aggregate in Biology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including theory and practical, if you belong to PWD category you need to score minimum 45% aggregate marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry in Biology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including theory and practical, if you belong to SC/ST/OBC category you need to score minimum 40% aggregate marks in in Biology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including theory and practical.
