No you will not be eligible for the UPSC CDS 2 2020, the notification will release in the month of June and as per the criterion in CDS 2 2019 you were not eligible in 2019 too, therefore no chances of eligible for CDS 2020 2 . However you can look for opportunities in territorial army once you start working.

Hi,
The age limit for appearing into the CDS ll exam is to have atleast 19 years of age and not more than 24 years of age.
You are not eligible to write this CDS  exam as the age for writing this exam should be 24 years while appearing for the exam.
The notification will be released in the August month this year.
