The age criteria for NDA 2 2021 is:
The age of the candidate must be not be earlier than January 2, 2003, and not later than January 1, 2006. As you have a DOB before 2/01/2003 thus you aren't eligible for the examination.

Hi,
For NDA II, candidates must be born between January 2, 2003 to January 1, 2006. As your date of birth do not fall between these dates, so, you are marked as ineligible for appearing for NDA II.

However, if you are coveted to join the Indian Army/Air Force/Navy as a commissioned officer, you can prepare for CDS which you can appear for in last year of your graduation/after completion of graduation.
