Hey dear, seeing last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks found it difficult to get an mbbs govt seat. So with 430 marks you won't get a govt. Mbbs seat which ever category you belong to. Although, you can get bams and bhms course for sure with this score.

For mbc category it was 434 was the cut off in government college in Tamilnadu Last year and there are several private colleges in the state which takes admission through government quoto. Your ans is factually not positioned properly . Particularly the cut off in tamilnadu is different and applicable for domiciles.
