With a score of 220 ,it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges in Kerala when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of 422 secured a seat in T D medical college, Alappuzha under the All India quota and a score of 416 secured a seat in Government medical college, Kollam under the state quota. But scores and ranks changes with difficulty of the paper and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link

Hiiii Pranab!!!! With a marks of 220, it will be quite difficult for you to get admission in any government medical college because the cut off score last year was above 390. But you can try in private colleges there for MBBS or if not the you will surely get in bds

As you belong to SC and expected marks is 220, you definitely qualify the examination. But securing a seat in government aided colleges in Kerala is out of the reach with this score. Your score must be over at least 480+ for SC category.
