Sir my expected marks in jee advance 2019 are 102 and I belong to obc category can I get into an iit

As compared to last year cut off for jee advance for obc category was 81 and as you said you got 102 marks . You can surely aim for IITs or you always have NITs as a option. wishing you luck.
