Hey,

As per the following clause in official information booklet of 2019 of Rajasthan for MBBS/BDS admission you will get the benefit

1% seats ( in government colleges) are reserved on priority cum merit for the natural born sons / daughters of defense personnel ( serving / retired ) of Rajasthan origin, and para military personnel ( serving/retired ) of Rajasthan origin. As per Kendriya Sainik Kalyan Board, the defense seat is admissible for only member of the family. Only wards of Defense Personnel from Army, Air Force and Navy are eligible for the scheme. Since your father is an ex-army person, you come sixth in the priority order. ( Certificate Proforma 2B )
