Well i see that your friend has got 26658 rank in Ap icet 2019 . And your friend is in Bc-B category. Well if i see the previous year rankings then i can say that with tis rank your friend do not stand a chance to get a seat in GVP. But there are other colleges like rvr and jc college of engineering, gayatri institute of engineering and technology and many more.
