sir my frnd got 40 marks in eamcet and he just passed in ipe by complemenry and he belongs to oc category does he qualified? if he qualify how much rank he will get ? plz could you explain

In GENERAL CATEGORY if you need to get a seat through EAMCET you need to get minimum 25% of marks i.e., 40 marks out of 160. As your friend got 40 marks in EAMCET , if he also got minimum >=65% marks in IPE then only he will be qualified . As you didn't mentioned his IPE marks it's not possible to calculate rank as 25% IPE weightage is considered. you also didn't mentioned you state weather you belong to TELANGANA or AP.
