The cutoff changes every year depending on various factors but according to previous years cutoffs some of the IITs that you might get are:
- IIT Bombay- 340
- IIT Roorkee- 37.5
- IIT Delhi- 362- Radio Frequency Device and Technology
- IIT Madras- 264 (EE2Y)
- IIT Kharagpur- >280
