GATE exam is conducted annually for admissions to various M.Tech courses offered by IITs, NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and other institutes. The scores of the exam are also used for recruitment by PSUs.

According to the score you have got and considering that you are a general category candidate you will not be able to get admission in any IIT or NIT or be recruited in a PSU. You should try for other colleges affiliated to state universities and private colleges that take admissions via GATE scores.
