sir my gate score is 570,EE,OBC category. Can i get iit??
Hey aspirant, congratulations on clearing GATE.
You have managed to get quite a considerable score out of thousand in GATE 2019 but this score is not good enough to get you into some good and old IITs.
Usually, old IIT requires an OBC candidate to have a score of above 600 out of thousand to take admission.
You can look for new IITs like IIT, Mandi and Dharwad as you may have some chances there.
You can look for the previous year cut offs of other IITs and NITs on the link below:

These are the Colleges you can get if you're OBC Candidate
1.IIT, Roorkee(CSE,CHE,CE)
2.IIT, Hyderabad(CHE)
3.IIT, Gandhinagar(CHE, ME)
4.IIT, Dhanbad(ECE, CHE)
5.NIT, Meghalaya(CSE, ECE)
6.NIT, Agartala(CSE, CHE)
7.NIT, Rourkela(CSE, CE)
Hope it helps! Comment Down if you have any other queries...
Hope you will understand.
Goodluck.
Hi Pronamika, the cutoff varies every year based on various factors like number of seats available, number of test takers, difficulty level of exams etc. However going by the previous years cutoffs, some of the chances are,
1) IIT Roorkee
2) IIT Guwahati
3) IIT Gandhinagar
4) IIT BHU
5) IIT Jodhpur
The chances are high in getting calls from newer IITs but chances are very less for older IITs.
Your score isn't enough to secure seats in old IITs even from OBC quota. You need at least 600 score for IITs under OBC quota. You can secure seats in NITs for Mtech program. To know which colleges you may get visit below mention link:

GOOD LUCK!
