sir my general rank is 26972 and ews rank is 3826 in upsee councelling i have not got rajkiye engineering college bijnor in round 2 . please tell me why???and in which round i can get ??

Hi,

Dear Aspirant,

The college cut offs based on the rank or score for any particular course is decided by the exam conducting authority and the colleges which participate in the counselling process and that accept admission via the score of that particular exam. If you have not qualified for obtaining  a seat in the college you mentioned, then its because that you have not qualified the cut off criteria of that particular college. The ranks and cut off for any college are not disclosed during the counselling so we cannot predict in which round you are going to get the college.
