Hello,
According to the SSC CGL 2020 official notification candidates who are in final year must obtain their bachelor's degree on or before the January 1, 2021. The date of passing in the qualifying examination must be on or before January 1, 2021. As you are going to pass in the qualifying examination in March or April 2021 you are not eligible to apply SSC CGL 2020. You can apply for SSC CGL 2021 in the next year.
