Sorry the eligibility criteria for CAT exam is you have to score minimum 50% in your degree. But we have chance of you are belong to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) categories, need at least 45% marks.
The degree must have been awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
Hope this helps you
All the best!
Hello Arpita, sorry to say you that you are not eligible to apply for CAT exam, If you are in general category. Because as per the eligibility criteria of CAT exam for 2019 , students with more than 50% marks can apply for cat exam. But for other categories like SC, ST, can apply with more than 45% marks. So if you are in mentioned category and your marks are more than 45 percentage then you can apply for cat 2019.
I hope it will help you more.
Thanks.
