Well, basing upon your rank in JEE ADVANCED, it is quite difficult for you to get admission into any of the IITs in your desired branch. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and since you're a OBC candidate, your chance of getting admission in your desired branch are high. But provide your all necessary documents along with the OBC certificate at the time of counseling and admission.
