Congrats on scoring a wonderful result in JEE MAINS now here's the thing since your homestate is rajasthan the jaipur NIT has Metallurgical and Materials Engineering open at 11000 rank round 7
Since the CSAB rounds have commenced, i think you can get it in a csab round for lesser known streams.\\
As for cs courses am afraid the cutoffs are in the ranges on 20k for crl. And cs in NIT is not possible in home state. But definitely try for North Eastern NIT where the cutoff are usually down.
Based on previous year cutoff you have very less chances of getting CS in any NIT through JOSAA counselling . However you might get it through CSAB.
The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) special round is for admission of all JEE Main 2019 qualified candidates in left over seats of NITs,IIITs and SFTIs after the initial rounds of counselling.
So fill up CSAB forms and hope for the best.

Based on the previous year cutoff you maynot get a chance in MNIT,Jaipur but you can definetely get admission in almost all north eastern NITs.You can also get a chance in NIT Patna,Goa etc. in CSE.For more details visit the linkprovided below.
