Hai sudhir good to see you ask question like this. I think you can get into nit but the branch that is alloted may not be cse or ece.
This only just a chance to get seat in nit jamshedpur but not confirm.
EEE is also good and cutoff is low for it in jamshedpur so getting that is not difficult.

You are not fulfilling the percentage criteria for getting admission in NIT JSR that is an OBC candidate needs to score minimum 75 % in boards.
