Chances are that you might get into your home state NIT or IIIT. Though the chances of CSE branch are not 100%. I suggest you should apply for all the NITs arrange in the order from best to worst. As your category rank is good you might also get into some lower NIT like Srinagar. Though, the best chances are only for your home state. Apply for all the branches in your home state NIT and if IIIT then also.

I am sorry but the rank that you have got is a little lesser to aim for really good IIITs and GFTIs . I genuinely see the efforts you would have put in making your dreams fulfilled but maybe some efforts didn't just pay off. Its okay.
