As per your rank in jEE mains you do have chances for getting a college near Rajasthan.
But, it would be a bit difficult for you to get CSE in good colleges in Rajasthan as your rank doesn't match as per the requirements.

I don't think you can get college near rajasthan but you can try for new IIITs like IIIT kalyani. As far as i know, you will get CSE there. The college won't matter much if you are too determined to study CSE. All that matters is how much you work on your future.
