Sir my jee main score is 170 marks in April 9 Shift 1 can I get good Nits in mechanical engineering branch

Hey,

Yeah surely you'll be able to get NIT but you wont be able to get top NIT with mechanical branch. If you want top college with mechanical branch only you can go for private colleges.

If my category is obc then other than mechanical branch which branch should I opt for getting top Nits

Actually even if you are obc, NIT doesnt have branch reservation. You must opt for the branch in which you have your own interest.
