You cant get the seat in Nit Suratkal with 16220 sc category rank. I checked the previous year CSAB special round closing ranks list. The least possibility rank for sc category in NIT Suratkal is 73159 [common rank] for civil engineering. I am suggesting you check other colleges and wait for the CSAB special round. Then definitely you will a seat. hope this answer will help you.
