according to your rank its tough to get into government colleges on the cs stream. you can get ceat in the reva university for  37k rank as last year cutoff was 39k as of now you have good chance on getting into reva institute of science and technology. and also you can get into jawaharlal nehru national college of engineering as the last year cut off was 47k.
