The qualifying cut off for SC category in 2020 was 113-146 marks and you have scored just above the cut off marks so it is very difficult to get seat in BDS with such score. Here is the cut off for few  BDS colleges to get some idea about the cut off

• Government Dental College and Hospital, Vijayawada: 461
• Patna Dental College and Hospital, Patna: 446
• Government Dental College, Raipur:442

You need to score minimum 480-500 marks to have good chances of getting seat in BDS under SC category. Cut off in 2020 is slightly higher compared to the cut off in 2019.

Sorry student there are no chances of getting a dental seat with 166 marks to whichever category you belongs it is highly impossible to get a seat with such marks.

You need to atleast cross 420+ marks since you are sc category candidate.
