Hi aspirant


With this score, it is difficult to get seat in government college

As to get seat in government college you must score 650+ for MBBS

This year top score is 720 so cut off is high

Cut off varies every year depending upon no of seats available, no of candidates appearing, qualifying, difficulty level of exam and other factors.

With this score getting seat for MBBS, BDS in private college also is very difficult.

However you have chances for BAMS, BHMS

You can try that.
