Since , you have not mentioned your domicile state , considering you to be under ALL INDIA QUOTA , the cutoff was 548 with the closing rank of 7986 for MGM medical college , Jamshedpur. If you have a domicile of the state or have done class12 from it , you might have chances of getting a seat in government medical college because the State Quota is always much lower in almost all the cases.
Rest , it depends on each year's cutoff , as it changes every year due to various factors.
