You should have mentioned your rank too. However your rank should approximately 20164 - 16084  and corresponding SC rank should be 750 - 1000. You have plenty of chances out there in the NITs. You have chances in following NITs in CSE.

1. NIT Delhi
2. NIT Jaipur
3. NIT Allahabad
4. NIT Calicut
5. NIT Durgapur
6. NIT Rourkela
7. NIT Warangal

My suggestion would be to go for NIT Allahabad. You already belong to Uttarpradesh and NIT Allahabad is a reputed college also. Now it's your turn to choose your dream college. All the best.

Hoping that you are doing fine in the global pandemic . Congratulations for clearing JEE Main . On the basis of your marks , category and home state . And also you are branch specific not College specific . Best options available for you are :

1) Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad Prayagraj ( But chances of getting cse branch is low , you should wait till last counselling )

2) HBTI Kanpur (As compared to above chance is high)

You can easily get core branches like ECE , EE(electrical engineering) in state government colleges .
