sir my marksheet 10 and 12 is losted but I have scanned soft copy of marksheet in my mobile so it is approved or not in neet application form or in neet counselling

For the document verification round you will have to possess the real certificates or they may object to it. Without wasting any time you should get duplicate certificates issued from the board, contact your school authorities for more info as they usually deal with reissue cases all the time and may be able to fast-track the process.

If you want to use the marksheet for document verification process at time of counselling or registration process then unfortunately, photograph in the mobile will not suffice. The authorities require an original certificate to verify the document.
You can apply for duplicate documents from CBSE (assuming you passed 12th Examination from CBSE )
Steps to get Duplicate Certificate:
- Fill the application form for duplicate certificate
- Prepare DD of IPO for requisite amount for bank
- Attach Identification certificate by principal or Gazette Officer
- Attach press release (new paper declaration)
- Send it to CBSE regional office with attachments
