Admissions for 2017 are closed now.
Although 74 marks are quite low to be eligible for this time but it doesn't mean that you stop preparing for the next time. Dont feel depressed even in the most critical situatuions. Never stop youself for being the person of your choice. Work hard, harder and even to the hardest level to achieve your goal and by the end of all this, success will be yours.

Admissions for NEET 2017 have been completed and NEET 2017 score is not valid for NEET 2018. The minimum cut-off for NEET is 50th percentile; which means that it depends on how well you and the other students fare in the exam.
As per the analysis of previous years, the marks corresponding to the 50th percentile are 131 or above, not below that. You need to work hard and prepare efficiently for NEET 2018.

No you are not eligible for any mbbs seat anywhere in India as you are not in 40 percentile too Better try next year for NEET 2018.
