Your chances will vary greatly depending on your category. If you belong to the unreserved or the OBC(Other Below Castes) category, your chances of getting a government medical college is pretty low. If you belong to the SC Category, you have fair chances depending on your home state since the SC Category cut off percentile for Mbbs colleges is usually 78+. If you belong to the ST category, you have good quite much a chance since the ST category cut off percentile is expected to be 70+. All the best!
