The last year's cut off marks for Kerala State Quota counselling was 400 and above for SC category. The cut off marks change every year and therefore, there are equal chances for the cut off to increase or decrease. Therefore, the chances of getting admission in government medical colleges is less.. However, you can try for admission in Private Self Financing medical colleges as the cut off was less than 400 in those colleges in 2018 for SC category.

As per your marks you have fair chances of getting a seat in government medical college as last year least marks to secure a seat was 385 marks from your category under state quota. Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
