As per your query I would like to tell you that according to your rank and based upon the previous year cuttoff marks you have less chances of getting admission in bhms. You need score about 280+ marks for getting admission under through obc category. The cuttoff marks depending upon the fee structure of colleges, where as those college have high fee, their cuttoff ranks in less fir getting admission in bhms.
As per year the cuttoff marks varies depending upon the number of students appearing in the exam and the difficulty level of exam papers in the Exam. It is most variable type cuttoff.

As you said you have obtained 212 marks and you also belong to OBC category. So yes dear student if a private bams college is taking students by looking into NEET marks then surely you can take admission. Otherwise College which is not included in NEET they will be taking students under management quota only and they won't be needing neet scores. I hope this was helpful.
