403 marks in Neet 2020 means you can expect a rank around 1.35 lakhs to 1.68 lakhs and a percentile in the range of 90.12 to 90.62. However, this is your expected rank and the actual ones may differ from this as the rank and percentile depend on various factors. Now 403 is an average marks so getting a seat through all India Quota may be difficult as the cutoffs through all India quota lies above 550. So any score less than 550 is less.
