Hey dear, cutoff varies year to year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Seat. So, with 349 you won't get a govt. If a candidate gets 400 marks then there might be some chances to get into a government medical college. But to get a government college one must score above 525 marks. As your NEET score is 349. Your Overall Percentile is: 85.16 - 85.66 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is: 205727 - 245877. Also depends upon last years cut-off. Adding it with 15% All India quota and 85% state quota seats in government colleges. Chances are very less to get a government seat but private, you will get it. For SC category there comes 15% seat reservation.
